When my wife and I decided to sell our home and move to another city, Steve and Heather Heishman were highly recommended to us.  After interviewing them, there was no reason to look further.  It was obvious they were professional, knowledgeable of both markets, personable and, most of all absolutely honest and straightforward.  No games.  Our intentions were to sell out home and find just the right home in the right neighborhood.  Unfortunately, in this crazy market that was not to be.  Plan B was to buy a lot and build a custom home.  Steve and Heather were invaluable in that they understood our needs and wants and found several lots to consider.  After picking out a perfect lot, again, they were invaluable in helping us find a floor plan and just the perfect builder to build out new (and hopefully last) home.  They walked us through the entire process, side-by-side, communicated almost daily, ran interference for us when necessary and even helped us with choices in colors and finishes best suited to our style.  I can’t say enough good things about Steve and Heather as well as their support staff at Verity as they were an intricate part of the whole process as well.  The communication was plentiful and we were kept informed of everything along our journey.  In the end, everything and I mean everything turned out perfectly.  No surprises.  No glitches.  Would I work with them again?  I would ONLY work with them as there couldn’t possibly be a better experience and better people and a better real estate agency.  Highly recommended.
