NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex
NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex is located on the Atlantic Coast in Virginia Beach, five miles south of the VB Oceanfront near where the first Jamestown settlers landed and where the infamous Blackbeard and other pirates were said to have buried treasures.
