RECAP: HRRA Circle of Excellence Awards Ceremony

Each year the Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA) recognizes professionals who have reached exceptional production levels during their annual Circle of Excellence (COE) awards ceremony. Real Estate Agents from brokerages all across Hampton Roads are recognized for their hard work for the prior year. There are many categories and levels for both teams and individuals ranging from Bronze to Diamond status, and even a Longevity Award! 

It's no secret that 2020 was known for some of the most unprecedented times we have all faced, and the Hampton Roads real estate market certainly felt the effects of the lockdowns and mandates. As we reflect on the year, it was amazing to see how our fellow agents in Hampton Roads came together to figure out how to proceed forward in our industry. Happening almost overnight, we witnessed a sharp change in the market where the number of homes for sale drastically decreased, causing one of the most competitive "seller" markets we have seen in years. Since the start of the worldwide pandemic though, our team hit the market running and hasn't stopped since. Throughout the year, our team, and our award grew beyond our imagination. We are extremely proud to have had the pleasure of serving 75 families with their real estate goals throughout 2020. That's over $24 million dollars worth of homes that were bought and sold with the help of our team! This hard work paid off, and as a result, Verity Group is honored to have received the GOLD level award for a Large Team for 2020, growing from the Small Team Gold Award in 2019.
