Born and raised in Lexington, KY, Jessica McKinney has always had a strong connection to her roots and a deep appreciation for community and family values. In 2005, shortly after graduating high school, Jessica moved to Virginia to be closer to family—a pivotal move that marked the beginning of an exciting personal and professional journey.

Jessica began her career at Haynes before transitioning to local law enforcement in 2006. There, she developed a strong ability to communicate effectively, educate others, build relationships, and connect with people from all walks of life. Those skills have become a cornerstone of her approach to real estate and client service.

Jessica’s passion for homes and architecture naturally led her to the real estate industry. She believes strongly in the value of property ownership as a path toward independence, security, and building generational wealth. Family is at the heart of Jessica’s life. She and her wife, Tye, are proud parents to their son, Oaklen. Tye works at EVMS and is a very talented make-up artist. Their beautiful family is rounded out by their beloved Yorkie, Meechie. When she’s not helping clients, Jessica loves traveling, heading to the beach, spending quality time with her family, solving puzzles, and taking long walks.
