Steve and Heather Heishman have been involved in the real estate industry since 2002, and their passion for delivering an excellent experience has led them to become one of the top 1% in Hampton Roads, VA. In 2018, they founded the Verity Group, a real estate team that consistently delivers unparalleled service to their agents, and clients. Steven and Heather have extensive experience in luxury, custom building, relocation, wealth building, and investment properties. They have trained many of the Hampton Roads brokers and real estate leaders, and they continue to train and serve agents as they grow in knowledge and production.

The Heishmans are known for being relationally and service-driven, which has helped them build a loyal client base. They understand that buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience, and they strive to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. In addition to their professional achievements, the Heishmans are also a family of eight, including their dog Tucker, a Cavapoo. Their five children, Hailey, Julia, Noah, Hannah, and Ava, are all involved in various activities, including flight attending, pursuing a bio-medical technology degree, high school athletics, pre-teen soccer, and beta club membership. The youngest, Ava, is a soccer player and the baby of the family, but she won't be shown up by her older siblings.
