Before real estate, he spent more than three decades around barns and brands: training horses, and working as a farrier and blacksmith. That background taught him balance, patience, and how to solve tough problems under pressure, skills he now brings to contracts, inspections, and negotiations. After relocating to Hampton Roads, Scott found a calling that blends his love of people, property, and perseverance. Clients know him as the agent who answers the phone, tells the truth (even when it stings), and refuses to quit until the job is done.
